4 Days From Fes To Merzouga

Day 1 : Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi

We leave for Midelt through the Mountains and the cedar forests of the middle Atlas. We pass by Ifrane, a charming ski resort and Azrou, an important handicraft centre specialised in the work of cedar wood. We arrive in Midelt for lunch. At the afternoon we will drive to Erfoud and into the desert. Dinner and overnight in a hotel at the foothills of Erg chebbi sahara dunes.

DAY 2 : Merzouga – Erfoud – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorg

 
Early morning in order to see the sunrise, return by camels to the hotel after breakfast departure to Rissani and Erfoud in order to visit the treatment plant marble fossilized before continuing to touroug and tinjdad palm groves, arrival to toudra gorges and have lunch in the place,afternoon you will drive to Dades gorges via Boumalne and the dades valley. Dinner and overnight in a Hotel

DAY 3 : Dades Gorge – Roses Valley – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou

DAY 4 : Ait Ben Haddou -Telouet – Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

After breakfast, the morning is devoted to the visit of Aït Benhaddou, a ‘fortified city’, situated along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech. It is situated on a hill along the ounila valley River and boasts some beautiful examples of kasbahs, some of which remain inhabited. After lunch we will continue to Marrakech with a detour to the traditional High Atlas Berber village of Telouet and visit the Kasbah el Glaoui and crossing the high Atlas mountain.
