4 Days Departure From Marrakech To Desert Merzouga

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait ben Haddou – Skoura valley of the roses – Gorges of Dades

The departure is from your hotel or Riad in Marrakech at about 8:OO A.M crossing over the high Atlas Mountains and Through Tichka Pass, and then leaving the main road and taking a side road to theTelouat Kasbah. From here we continue with the connecting road to arrive at Ben Hadou; this is a famous Kasbah in southern Morocco and it is considered as UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE and which we can visit after lunch. From there we take the road toward Ouarzazat passing by Skoura Oasisin which numerous We conclude our day at the Dades of Gorge at a guest house for food and accommodation.

ancient Kasbahs are set. Then the road takes us through Kela’a M’gouna (the valley of roses) where you can enjoy the cosmetic lacally-made articles.

Day 2: Gorges dades – Gorges of Todra – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga 

After breakfast, you will have time for a walk by the river. And then we ride heading toward Todra Gorges. Lunch will be either at the gorges or later at Erg Chebbi dunes. We drive from there through the Ziz Valley, the town of Erfoud and the town of Rissani from where the ruling family (Alaouite dynasty) originates.

In the afternoon and after a welcoming tea party, you can have a two-hour camel riding along with observing the sunset from the top of the high dunes and then will be dinner and amusing evening  then we call off the night so that you can have a goodnight sleep under nomadic tents.

Day 3: Merzouga – Tazzarine – draa valley – Agdz 

we make sure we wake up early enough to witness the beautiful sunrise.

We drive back taking the east to catch the Draa Valley which will guide us alongside the Saghrou Mountains through the village of Tazzarine (featured in “Babel”film) to arrive at N’Qob where we have lunch and appreciate the panoramic mountainous view. In the afternoon, we drive to Tanasikh. Here we go alongside the track of the ancient caravans road to reach Agdez by the evening, where we will be food and accommodation.

Day 4: Agdz – Ouarzazate – Kasbah Taourirt – Marrakech 

After a good breakfast, we take the road toward Marrakech via Ouarzazat passing by the the site of the Kasbah of Tifoultout (5 km away from Ouarzazat center) and then we take the main road to arrive to your hotel by the late afternoon.
